Drawing Angles

In Our previous blog we learned uses of Protector and now we shall how to draw angles using protector and identifying angles.

straight line OA is drawn. A dot is marked at O. This marked dot represents the vertex of the angle.

The centre O of the piece is also the mid-point of its base line, place the protractor in such a way that its centre is exactly on the vertex O of the angle and the base line lies along the arm OB. Find 120^o on the outer scale and then mark a small dot at the edge of the protractor.

Read of the mark through which the arm OB passes, starting from O on the side A, as shown in the figure. Thus, we find = 120^o.
